This was a very refreshing sequel to read. I was so happy that Cora had to put herself and her child first. This started right where Always Wesson left off. Cora, Dallas, Danny and Rowan are all dealing with past regrets, their own demons and trying to please and take care of everyone put their selves. In order for Cora to save herself and her family and extended family she leaves with Houdini to get her life in together. She bounds with Houdini sister Vita, who is suffering through her own trauma. Dallas, Danny and Rowan are going through their own drama as well, Cora was the glue that kept everyone together. But you can't help others while you are barley holding on your self.. I could not put this book down. It is a very emotional read. I am hoping that Houdini and his sister get their own stories told. I highly recommend this book.Product details

Ms Shyla brought the emontional rollercoaster with this follow-up to Always....In this sequel Cora put her big girl panties on and lays down the law. She shows Dallas that she will not be ignored or put on the back burner to him and the Wesson MC. Dallas comes to terms with his actions and see that when you mistreat someone even if its not on purpose the damge that can be done can destroy what you have built. I loved how these two got to really talk and address alot of their miscommunication also seeing how each were so wrapped in their own demons and drama that they were pushing the other away. This is a power couple who showed not only me and but the rest of the world that true love, deep down in my soul love, my life is your life love, can be destroyed by no words being said and silently holding grudges but also can be held together and strengthen when you open up and let past demons go. It was also great to see Danny and Ro go through the ringer (having their own issues seperate from Dallas and Cora) spoiler didnt see Danny going down the rabbit hole. This book is a must read..I couldntt put it down...I cried and yelled right along with these characters...I am patiently waiting for more about Houdini, Viola and Prophet......Read this book you wpuldnt be dissapointed.

True love isn't always perfect. Shyla Colt draws you into this lifestyle and relationship with her tremendous story telling. New fan for life!
I really enjoyed this follow-up. It picked up right where the first book left off and showed great character development. I also appreciate the cohesiveness of the POVs. I hope there is a part 3.
From the moment I began reading I knew I wouldn't be stopping til I read every last word. I loved being able to see a whole other side to Cora, Dallas, Danny, and Rowan. Also to see them grow and strengthen as individuals and within there own relationship. The
introduction into Houdini and Vita's lives and adding on Prophet was just icing on the cake I cannot wait to read there stories as well.
good follow up from book 1. Dallas is trying to win back his family, and his place in the mc . it takes him out of his comfort place but he will do it because he loves Cora. Cora want the man she fell in love with. love how the come back together and enjoyed meeting new members of the mc club. cant wait to read more about Vita and Houdini.
